Overview Santa Fe Optical’s expert staff has been serving the Austin community since 1982 by offering the most unique, hand-picked selection of high-quality frames from independent designers to perfectly suit every individual.
The Challenge After an initial brand audit, we determined Santa Fe Optical needed a refreshed and cohesive brand identity that could be achieved with a new logo and brand design, message and mission, social media, website, advertising, and visual identity of their three Austin stores.
The Solution Santa Fe Optical’s strengths include their personalized experience with the opticians, their loyal customer base, longevity in the market, and highly-curated selection of quality frames. The brand strategy was to push this local business into the sight Austinites looking for a new set of frames, while maintaining their strong customer engagement. We preserved their old Austin feel with a color palette and logo inspired by their existing one, and a friendly new type palette.
